WE SHIP ALL OVER

Our JEANBAG products are shipped right across the globe. Read on for details, but if you need your order in a hurry, please drop us a line before ordering so we can ensure delivery to you.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS (5-10 working days)
We ship to you as soon as your payment has cleared. We use Australia Post and other reputable couriers. We will let you know once your order has been dispatched and depending on the service, we’ll provide you with a tracking number. Insurance is included in the shipping price in case your order is lost or delayed in transit. Deliveries outside metro areas and to Western Australia may take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (2-3 weeks)
We ship worldwide! We use Australia Post International Registered Post or International Express Post services to get your order to you. International Express Post is an end to end trackable service, which requires a signature on delivery. If you have any questions regarding international freight, please contact us.

Please note that all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are your responsibility and won’t be paid by JEANBAG, unless we agree prior to you placing your order. To find out what the additional customs charges will be (if any), please contact your local customs office.

We do our best to comply with all international customs requirements. So far, we’ve had no delays. Though it is out of our control if customs delay your parcels, if called upon, we will work with customs to ensure a quick release of your order.

TIMEFRAME
JEANBAG products are handmade and therefore unique. We require time and care to make and ship your order to you. We try to keep ahead of the game and carry a little stock, so we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible. There may be some slight delays during peak periods e.g. before Christmas, if so, we’ll do our utmost to let you know how your order is tracking.

There may be times when an order is placed, but is unable to be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be offered, or an alternative, whichever you prefer.

We understand that birthdays and celebrations don’t wait, so if you require one of our products by a specific date it is best to contact us with a timeframe request before placing your order, and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your needs.

Any delivery date or time we specify is our best estimate only, so we won’t be liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delivery delay.
