We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, however, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within three working days of receiving your order and we’ll resolve the matter quickly. Please email all enquiries to us with ‘Return Request’ as the subject heading.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you wish to return an item because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll offer you a refund, less the freight costs. Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the order and the product/s must be unused, in original condition and re-saleable. We ask that you cover the cost of sending your item/s back to us.
If your product is faulty or of unacceptable quality, we’ll gladly accept your return and either refund in full, or resupply you with a product in perfect condition, subject to availability. Please contact us first, as we may be able to arrange another suitable resolution. Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the order.
We will accept refunds if the product is not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the sample or description, as displayed on the website. Just remember, all our products are handmade and created from recycled and natural materials, which means there are variations in colour and finish. This makes our products unique and we encourage you to embrace this. Please consider this before contacting us.
We take extra care with our packing to ensure that your items arrive safe and in good condition. However, the ownership and risk of damage to your purchase is transferred to you upon delivery to the specified address.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply outline the product you ordered, the time of order and the reason for cancellation. If you contact us after the order has shipped, you’ll be liable for returns and won’t receive a postage refund.
